INFORMATION ON HORDENINE
Hordenine is a compound that is found in many grassy plants, grains and in some species of hallucinogenic cactus. It is chemically related to the amino acid tyramine.
Hordenine stimulates the release of norepinephrine. Norepinephrine is an excitatory hormone that energises the body and can help remove lipids(fats), from body tissue. These loose lipids are then supposed to be easier to break down.
Uses and Benefits of Hordenine
• Hordenine is a central nervous stimulant that is mainly used as a supplement to help people lose weight. The main benefit of hordenine is it's potential to assist in the release of fat from fat cells for energy.
• Hordenine is also claimed to suppress appetite. This is based on hordeine’s supposed ability to slow the digestion of food, making people feel fuller for longer.
• Increases mental and physical energy through the release of norepinephrine
• Can be used as an antibacterial product
